webcam remote security possible?

Got a webcam for christmas - nice. Ok so I can video email and windows messenger.

But can I do this? - leave the pc and webcamera on and the access from another pc at another location? The idea being that I would be able to keep an eye on the house from my inlaws pc.

    setup a radmin server so you have full control of the computer. ask long as you don't have to move the camera your good.
