Transfer Panels

Any one here know of any 5.25 Transfer Panels that connect to the sound and USB headers on a motherboard, rather then feeding through to the rear of the case and connecting to the standard outputs/inputs there? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Wrong size, plus it doesn't fit flush with the case face. Thanks for the suggestion anyway!
