Copper River (E7221) Chipset Board Mods

I've been trying to enable the options in these BIOSes to allow for overclocking on these boards. (Voltages, FSB, Memory Timeings, etc...) They are both based on the new Intel E7221 Chipset (Copper River). In both cases Modbin6 will not open the BIOS file, it just churns away like it's loading, but never actually does. In the cases of both boards, these are the original BIOS; these are brand new boards. I am trying to decide which to get. I need a P4 board with PCI-X and I'd like to overclock.

I suspect maybe they are a newer version of the Award BIOS or maybe just "locked" by the manufacturers. (hopefully for the origianl BIOS only)

I am posting the file links in hopes one of you has better luck than I did. :)

1.00.38 and the 2.00.00 beta. 1.00.38 is the one that behaves as described above. The beta tells me the BIOS files are not Award Compressed or some mumbo.
