Download Limiter

I'm on a network that limits total amount of traffic per day, not bandwidth (or at least I don't use enough of the bandwidth to notice an upper limit). Is there any software that will keep track of how much downloading or uploading I have done and then disconnect my computer from the network once this limit has been reached?

    By "not bandwitdh", I actually meant, "not bandwidth". Congratulations on your google result, but that's not what I needed. I need a program that sets limits as to the amount of data transmitted by my computer, so, when total uploads and downloads exceeds my limit, say 100mb, it will disable all network connections. I realize that limiting bandwidth could achieve said goal, but I want to be able to get my daily allowance of data transmitted as fast as I am allowed. To state differently, my goal is not to slow my transmission speed so that I could not possibly go over the limit, but to use as much bandwidth as allowed and remain under the data transmission limit. Thanks for your help ;)
