GAIM problems

Is it just me or is Gaim really buggy? When I use it, it randomly kicks me off. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

    is this the windows or the linux client? gaim for linux is awesome, but i have always found the windows version to be very buggy (perhaps by design). if you are looking for a windows all-in-one messenger, i suggest trillian (particularly 3.0) . . .
