I have an Epox 8k7a+ mobo with 1 stick of Corsair XMS 128mb of PC2300 Cas#2 (part#CM64SD128-2400C2)

Iwant to add another 512mb and am going with pc700 (cannot locate pc2300) My question is can I mix NON-ECC with ECC and CAS 2 with CL=2.5 ? :help:

No, you cannot mix NON-ECC with ECC. Your mobo either takes one or the other.
Yes, in theory, you can mix different speed sticks but the whole system will only run at the Cas and speed of the slowest stick in the system.

There is also a good chance, that they won't be compatable, unless they are from the same manufacturer. All I can say is it is a crap shoot at best to mix mem, sorry dood.:(

BTW I assume you meant to type pc2700, not pc700, correct?
