Help with Biostar m7vig400 BIOS

i want to ask you, how i can modificate the "BIOS" to have the chance that in the case that the battery fail, the motherboard turn on with my options of default without press F1 or configurated again the setup.

    There's noway of doing that. The cmos battery is what keeps the cmos chip powered to save your settings. Once the battery goes dead, the cmos will clear and you'll have to reset evrything.
