When making a Bootable Windows 2000 CD with Service Pack 4, Integrated. Do any other of the service packs need to be included?

While you're at it, make an automated install ;)

You can find many articles on the net on creating winnt.sif automated file (using setup manager utility on your CD in \support\tools\deploy.cab).

The easiest way would be to use this http://nuhi.msfn.org/, which slipstreams service packs, custom drivers, makes automated set up files and an iso to burn.
