Ulead GIF Animator 5 saving freeze

Ulead GIF Animator 5 always freezes up when I attempt to save it. Anyone know why, or what I could try to try and get it to work? I like this program a lot, it has a photoshop feel to it and is simple and yet has some nice features that make it easier than other programs I have tried.

    I'd like to help but why all the garbage included.Does it really add to your day ?
    Just be a member and post words.Not BS graphics.
    Lets make that a seperate forum,it's hard on the eyes.
    I use PSP Animation Shop.
