It won't let me go to any other website other then this porn site... I have no idea what to do. I can't go ANYWHERE while online.... I just removed Wild Tangent this morning. Could that have anything to do with it?

What web browser do you use? Internet Explorer? Firefox? Opera?
If you use internet explorer, switch to firefox Here http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

Mary are you able to burn a cd from the computer you are posting on? If so you might be able to save the file and transfer it to your computer that way. If not I can put up some work around instructions to get the file downloaded.

Ok first things first. Check to see if your hosts file hasn't been corrupted. Go into dos and cd to windows\system32\drivers\etc

then edit your hosts file. There should be a bunch of lines starting with # at the start and then a blank line and then 127.0.0.1 localhost . If there is anything after that delete it. The only line that needs to be there is 127.0.0.1 localhost. Next if that checks out and you are using internet explorer here is how you download firefox.

If you have an ftp client it'll be a lot easier (because of the gui) but you want to ftp to ftp.mozilla.org use anonymous for the username and put in your email address for the password (this is fully legal you aren't hacking anything).

if not you can go to dos and type ftp ftp.mozilla.org and put in anonymous for the username and your email for the password.

then it'll scroll some text and come to an prompt that looks like:
    ftp>

On that line type in (exactly):
    cd /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.5.0.1/win32/en-US

it has to be exactly like that and the caps on US matter. Assuming you've done that correctly you'll now be in that directory. If not you'll get an error, type pwd to check (it'll show you that line).
Next enter the command binary it should return and say Switching to Binary mode.

then type (again exactly with the quotes and caps):
    get "Firefox Setup 1.5.0.1.exe"

it'll then download that file to your computer in whatever directory you were in when you started up ftp. Once the files finished transfering (it'll tell you) type in: bye to quit the ftp program. You'll now be back in dos. Simply run the Fire fox program you just downloaded to install it.

Now that should get you on the internet and around whatever hijack has happened to your browser. From there we can help you out with removing it.
