    Saddlly he's probably actually talking about knoppix. Though I doubt he's got the skills to actually do anything with it.

    You can tell if you look closely, it's done on purpose.
    The site mods can check the IP to see if it's a repeater.
    Someone needs to keep track of these badboy IP's and lock them out when they rejoin as someone else. This kind of garbage doesn't look good on the site.
