    I think that's a Swiftech MCX-462 without a fan on that heavily modified AIW 9700 Pro :)

    That's a Swiftech MCXC-370 Socket A Heatsink. Note the clips on the side. The MCX-462 have 4 bolts that go through the heatsink itself.
