Dude, your motherboard was dying before you ever hooked that PSU up to it. See how your capacitors are bulging out and leaking electrolyte? Your motherboard was a dead man walking - i don't think your PSU has anything to do with this.

shoot...not closing this one...meant to close the other one...

    QUESTION:

I been pricing what to do....Whether to buy a BB or to piece it together....

MY case is fine...I think...(if what did all this was the leaky capicitor). I have looked at MB/CPU combos and MB/CPU/MEM combos, and piece by piece.....It seems that MB/CPU/MEM is the best way to go....price wise...

Anythoughts...and if not...was planning to get another ECS but now that i hear it was my MB that was bad dont know where to go...

    Someone HELP?

    I'm freakin out here...lol

    TIA

Well...i am getting a little itchy...i found to MB in my pile....I rembember one but not the other...

Found a PCchips 810 and an ABIT KT7

I think the Abit is what i replaced when i put in my ECS....which was oh so long ago so thinking it should work in what i got now...but going to try both...just to get the sucker up and running...i got taxes and bills to do...

    talk to me...
