Fired new rig ups...but...oops...I need help!!!

Now there is some verbage in the back of the book about using SATA for loading XP...but i dont quite understand what it is stating to do...can some explain it to me simple english?

    There should be sata drivers that came with that motherboard you need to make a floppy disk that has those drivers on it. Then when you boot up with the xp cd in to do your install there will be a message that comes up that says something along the lines of 'Press f6 if you need to load any special drivers' - so you press f6 and tell it to load the sata drivers off the floppy.

    thats not happening....

    Getting a NTLR thing...and yess bios says to boot from CD
