Asus Motherboard RMA status

Well, according to the timeline given by Asus, taking into consideration in transit and weekend times, and not taking into consideration UPS delivered earlier than expected, I was supposed to receive my shipment today, well looks like it will be 6 days late, partly due to the weekend, but partly due to slower than claimed service, and that is if Fedex (they said they would use UPS) typically delivers on time or slightly late, opposite of UPS, I did say typically, not always. Asus also did not respond to my rma status email, which they said I should freely send them if I felt like it.

Basically, it's not bad, but definitely not the best rma service around, and I am having reoccuring memories...

    I've always had better luck with FedEx than UPS (they've "forgotten" to deliver packages to me)... and you should always call companies for quicker responses unless it's not urgent/important.
