Having Trouble Getting New Work Packet

I installed the new Beta (4.0) and the darn thing is waiting for new Work Packet. It's been over an hour.... I check one of my other PC's and it's running the normal version and it too is waiting on Work Packets????

Anyone else? Any "known" reasons? Server down??

I can ping it fine but no data....
