My First AMD64!!! Checksum Issue

hi yo'll!!

Just did an upgrade to AMD64 and go this error

"CHECKSUM ERROR"

I can get to BIOS setup but noticed the date and time is reset everytime i restart the system...

It won't load Windows at all

HELP :(

System Spec:
AMD Athlon64 3000+ SK754 (new)
Foxconn NF4K8AB-RS (new)
PowerColor x600XT 256MB R38-TD3 (new)
2x 512MB DDR400 Ram (new)
Tagan i-Xeye 420W-U02 PSU (4 mnths old)
Benq DW1620 Pro DVD-Writer (4 mnths old)
BTC DVD CDWR Combo (1.5 yr old)
40G + 8G HD (1.5 yrs old)

    try this.....
    After upgrading the BIOS on a motherboard, the new BIOS will likely take up more bytes of ROM than the replaced BIOS. The difference in the BIOS image file byte count is detected by the system as a checksum error. CMOS checksum errors require that you enter Setup, check and save your settings, and exit Setup a second time.

    this checksum error is what i got from the systems first boot-up :( i just set up the new system, well the upgrade i'd add

    took of one RAM module and it worked fine... installed it back and screw up again so i took of one module again, flashed bios and wah-lah ... now its working cool as
