I searched the web for "Virus Removal Tools" and found that Bullguard has a twenty day trial for free. I installed the software and ran it. It found six problems, Norton found only one and couldn't remove it. Bullguard removed one problem and self reported the remainding to itself. I received an e-mail in less than one hour with the step by step fix. I did what they said, and it's all good now. Great service. One year subscription is $72, two year $108.
Question... why did Symantic Norton not catch the virus in the first place? I have updated my definitions weekly!! Oh well, I had to uninstall Norton before I could run Bullguard per their instructions to avoid possible problems.

It's very possible the virus came in between norton updates. Also you should have it set to check for updates daily at the rate they are coming out. As to the other 5 that norton didn't detect it's possible they weren't viruses but just malware that norton doesn't check for.
