400W Reliable PSU 20/24

I'm starting to worry about my PSU. Hiro 400W. I've had it for about 2 years now, and I haven't had a problem one. But I'm fearing age is creeping up on my baby, with the ultra-hot cutting I did to it, and the polished shine I spent 10 minutes doing with a 9200RPM industrial mounted buffer.(I watched it fly out of my hands so many times, I always expected something to die when it dissapeared.) But I love it anyway. What's a good reliable budget PSU, just incase this one goes?

And I need a place to buy bulk sheet steel ultra-cheap, so I can build a new case, too.
