Time to update System

ok guys i just managed to save some money and i am going to update my system. This is what i am getting.
Akasa heatsink for the ram.

All this will cost me 325euros. Is it good upgrades for the money???

    are you getting 2 sticks of mem or 1 to match the other one you have?

    i have a trancent 512mb stick and i am getting two 512 kingston sticks. I will also receive another trancent 512mb stick (the same as mine).

    as long as your not going to go nuts OC the ram I guess its ok, not great, but ok.

    with my current memory i can increase the fsb up to 220mhz having my ram clocked to 440mhz. When put my ram to work at 320mhz i can overclock up to 240 fsp, that makes my ram again 400mhz and from what i remember it makes my cpu to work at 3.4ghz. Now that i am going to get the heatsinks i am sure that my ram will handle more fsb speed.
