Looking for a high-end 19" or more LCD

Hi guys, I am looking to purchase a high end LCD, 19" to 21". I am not really a gamer so i dont care much about the response time. I am currently looking at some LCD's, and I like the Samsung 204T. I am also looking at the NEC 2070NX/2080UX. For some reason the NEC 2080UX is like over a thousand, and it's spec's seem to inferior to the samsung 204t which costs like 580. Any clue as to why? Also, is pixel dot pitch real important with LCD's, you never hear anyone talking about it for LCD's. I wanted to hear your guys opinions on all this stuff.
