Get a mobo+PSU+Case.

So that I could put in my Pentium D 2.8GHz CPU with my RAM and PCI-e video card?

    Could any one point me to a good mobo for the Pentium D w/ PCi-E + SLi and a good PSU that can support 2 6600GT's.

    And a case that doesn't have lights in it. Or if it does, they can be urned off.

    Around $300 limit (of coure with out the 6600GT's :P)

    Heh, there are so many on the market I'm sure you could find some you like the sound/look of. Once you have a shortlist you could always bring it back for critique.
