what is a go reliable cpu fan that is quiet. Need one that will fit a barton xp3000+ cpu. And keep it well cold.

Wow. That's a lot of cooling power for an un-powered (except the fan) HSF.
But then, it does weigh 1000gm.

I actually have that on my 3800+ X2 and its at 84* F under a full load, All i did was switch out the fan
