PC Gamers - Which Processor?

Nice article here on X-bit Labs, its interesting to see how the dual core CPUs do on some of the newer game engines too.

    It is a good article, I think the addition of socket 754 Athlon 64s would have been nice, I bet they would have just about edged out the 939s at least till 3400+

    ya apprently if you wanna do some serious gaming, lowest end dual core cpu should do the trick... it amazing that Q4 support DC all the way!

    if i were gonna build a gaming rig, it would definitly be the cheapest DC i could find, 2 gb of ram and an nvidia card.
