WindowBlinds and Object Doc Plus. Like my start bar locked at the top and my doc appls on the bottom. Plus using the iskin blind so I can doc windows mac style.

this might be a stupid question, but do you have the shareware version of windowblinds, or the $19.95 one?

Top-of-the-monitor locked taskbar, patched Uxtheme.dll, Windows Vista Tempest theme. No software. I hate using software to do theme-related things.
