what motherboard/cpu is this going into? maybe we could recommend another type of ram.

Brand looks good but I wouldnt personally build a new gaming machine for myself with any less than 2gb of RAM.

The motherboard I was going to use is abit NF7-S, it was given to me so why not use it right. The other board I was thinking about is the asus A8V? What you think?

nf7-S was one of the best boards out there.

Well I am currently winning the kingston I showed you in the link on ebay for 20 bucks lol, it ends today. We will see if I win. if I dont what would you recommend? same stuff just 2gb?

if you dont win it, i would recommend some OCZ PC3200VX goodies

they run at tight timings and Overclock like hell! and dont cost too much

thats not the VX, the vx models are gold and have VX in the model #.

but ur not gonna overclock, dont break ur head, get the kingston stuff.

The other brand is corsair, I have had good luck with them.
