Trying to ID MOBO

mobo unknown manufacture help

2 pci slots
1 agp (2x I think)..........confirmed
1 AMR

2 dimm slots

AMD duron cpu running at 800 mhz socket A

sis 730 chipset

bios American megatrends dated '97

curently running win98 just to see if it works, ran 2 different CPUZ programs with no luck on Id mobo

2 IDE SLOTS WITH 1 COLORED RED

    Go to this link http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

    and download CPU-Z 1.31. It'll give you a lot of information. Usually it will even be able to tell the manufacturer of your mobo, but if not it'll give you the chipset at least.

    But normally most mobo's will have branding stamped on the board itself. Have you pulled out your case and examined your board?

    TRYING TO FIND WHICH VERSION MOBO
    I know its a PC CHIPS M810LMR with REV 3.0 on one corner of board. Would the 3.0 be same as version? Above links do not show the LMR board but do show a M810L (v3.0) Need to know version to get right drivers for LAN and sound

    It's probably a safe bet that it's rev 3. However if you are just dealing with lan/sound drivers installing the wrong ones probably won't make a difference. It most likely will just tell you they are the wrong ones and not install.
