DRM Audio Now Free?

edited October 2006 in Science & Tech
Hey there, I think none will argue that DRM system's not fair today. One should be able to play music (or video) that was purchased on any device!
In the meantime some anti-DRM soft was tested by me.
Here's one prog. Read their description there.
The creatures of DRM-system should stop being so paranoid and greedy to my mind.
Cheers!

The DRM system is meant to prevent piracy. It doesn't work. There are a multitude of DRM-stripping programs out there (Cannot link one due to forum rules.), but since the RIAA doesn't own the .MP3 format, and they don't have an exclusive clause-free lisence of it, they can't tell you what to do with it.

    I love spam.

The irony of course in spam like this is that anyone who is actively pirating media that needs to remove the DRM isn't going to pay for software to do it. They already have the tools - probably pirated also.

Anyone that doesn't know where to get non-DRM encrypted media or doesn't know where to get software to strip DRM encryption should just stick with a legitimate service like Apples Store etc....
