If I had a camera, I'd prove it.

Step 1: Go to google, and type OSX 86.
Step 2: Your on your own.
Step 3: ?????
Step 4: PROFIT! And by profit, I mean OSX on your x86, or X64 based PC in one to four hours.

Works, starts, sounds, acts, crashes, all just like a mac! Supports a few things OOTB, but for a bit, you've gotta go get kext's and hack stuff up.

My FX gets here today, so I'll be trying it with the FX and see if it's just as easy.

While this is interesting and does work pretty good. The problem is that everytime an update comes out your build will get broken. Until Maxxis puts out another kernel patch. Also there are still hardware/software issues and you have to get certian specific devices if you want close to full functionality.

I definitely recomend giving it a try though because it's just fun to hack an OS onto hardware it wasn't originally meant to run. But if you really want to run OSX in all it's glory the best way to do it is on a Mac.

I'm also thinking that you'll be stuck with OSX tiger I have a suspicious feeling that when OSX Leopard comes out the current trick to get around EFI won't work anymore.
