I've installed the Vista RTM and compiled a few screen shots as to what it will be like.

How long does it take for that ctrl alt delete menu to load up on average?

It comes up instantly on both my machines, desktop and laptop.

The icons look pretty slick but the overall interface looks pretty much like XP. Also the new Start panel is huge what the hell. But other then the prettier icons I think I like the generally more minimalistic view in Windows XP. But both pale in comparison to the desktop in Gnome and OS X.

I'm equally unimpressed. But what Vista is supposed to bring to the plate is under the hood, so to speak. More security warnings to change the locations of your toolbars and bloatware disguised as graphical improvements. lol (I exagerrate of course)
