How do you flash a DMS4 PRO modchip?

Just wondering but does anybody know how to flash a DMS4 PRO modchip. Because I'm gonna order a pre-modded slim PS2 of the net and it says "you" need to flash your mod chip in order to do all the good stuff. The only program I know about is ToxicOS(is this a good program?) Anyway I just wanted to know how do you flash the chip if it's already installed in the PS2?
