Power supply Blues.

I've got an Aspire 500W power supply with the double fans, and the green meshing, and the fan controller..You know the one. Well, the fans spin high, and spin low, and the leds sometimes flicker, but the power supply's outputting great voltages. (12.5v on the 12V rail) Everything's good, no line noise or anything. But the sound of those dammed fans is driving me batty! SO! I'm wondering what kind of Voodoo can I do to fix this, since I've taken the variable resistor appart basically and cleaned it.

    if you submerge your case in oil you won't hear the fans anymore.












    P.S. Just let me know when your sick of the oil shtick
