First this is a work pc and I have no control over using Norton!...lolSecond I am not due to see IT for another 2 wks and I want this done now so picking your brain...and thought maybe one of you....K?....and break the cycle for me...
I am getting this 1003.14 think from Norton...I can recieve but sending is not working and it has something to do w/ Norton...ITS spent the last 75min on the phone w/ me and since my Bureu has instituted a protocol w/ Norton Main ITS wont help...only my Bureau IT will...and like I said I dont meet w/ him for 2 wks....
As stated I am getting this stupid message every time it tries to send out....I am recieving email but not able to send...I looked it up on Symantec and did the "turn off thing" and that hasnt fixed it...so now what?
TIA

You may be able to get around it by deleting your email account and creating a new one that may reset it. If not you'll need to uninstall norton for the time being. Pretty much the shitty reality of it is that once norton is on it takes over. It's extremely invasive and sticks it's hooks into your system at low levels. Which is good for preventing viruses - but horrible if it breaks.
