help with computer slowness

Hi. I clicked on a bad link and got this virus/spyware/adware. I went to system restore my pc, but all my previous "saves" were gone. Now, every time i open an internet window or change pages, i get at least one pop-up. I've run spybot, mcafee virus scan, and windows defender, but they cant find anything. Though Mcafee did pick up a program requesting internet access, but i cant delete it.(win4B.tmp and win15.tmp). can someone help me fix this?

Your log is looking much better. Please download the free version of AVG Antispyware . Once it is installed and fully updated, run a scan and post the log here.

You should be able to get a text file output for your log rather than an image. Can you scan again and post the text file?
  • edited June 2007

You have AVG set to automatically ignore any threats that it finds, so although you are scanning with it, its not doing your system any good by removing anything. When the scan is done, under where it lists all of the threats it dound, it should say "Set all elements to: ignore". Click on ignore and change it to delete.
