Something's very, VERY wrong

Recently I think i've contracted an msn passed virus or something. When I run programs like HiJackThis or msconfig, the window shuts itself in like 2 seconds. Changing my windows folder options are affected too. The settings will reset in a few seconds as well. I can't access websites like Panda Activescan. What is wrong? I'm seeing lots of duplicate processes like csrss in my msconfig 'startup' section, but i can't disable them because the moment I click 'Apply', the window closes itself without saving the changes made.

    Please help. I think it's getting worse. Any program or window that is associated with system settings and spyware/malware detection is automatically closed a few seconds after I open it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

    Some please help? I'm getting pretty worried over this. Just noticed that from time to time there'll be a weird process called WLLoginProxy in my Task Manager's processes list. Ran Ad-aware scan and cleared whatever it identified to be something bad, and now i'm running Panda Activscan. The situation's pretty much the same - msconfig closes by itself over a few seconds, folder options get changed back automatically after a few seconds as well, HJT also closes after a few seconds....

    No major problems with your HijackThis log, how's your system running now?

    Please run Panda ActiveScan.
    • Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
    • A new window will open...click the Check Now button
    • Enter your Country
    • Enter your State/Province
    • Enter your e-mail address and click send
    • Select either Home User or Company
    • Click the big Scan Now button
    • If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
    • It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
    • When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
    • When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report.
