Smitfraud-C Toolbar888

First time poster, hello there. Hope you're having a good day/afternoon/evening.

Well, now for the problem: last Thursday my computer was found to be infected with Virtumonde and Smitfraud-C Toolbar888. Spybot couldn't fix the first, so I got Vundofix, which took care of it. I thought the second was gone, but the computer was behaving somewhat erratically yesterday and I decided to do another check. Smitfraud was still there, of course. I got Smitraudfix, only it doesn't accuse any problems. I went through the steps in the Steps To Take post: ATF Cleaner, check. AdAware, check, it says I'm clean. Spybot, check, it found Smitfraud again (under HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-854245398-1614895754-725345543-1005\Software\Microsoft\aldd). The online scanners weren't being very collaborative, and I'll try that again later if needed. But here's my HJT log:

    Hi!

You are using new Hijackthis. It's Beta and it's better to use Hijackthis v. 1.99.1.
    Please, download Hijackthis v.1.99.1 here.

Once it is downloaded, extract the zip file to c:\hjt and navigate to the c:\hjt folder. Please, rename Hijackthis.exe to Scanner.exe.

    *****************

    Please download VundoFix.exeto your desktop.
    • Double-click *VundoFix.exe* to run it.
    • Click the *Scan for Vundo* button.
    • Once it's done scanning, click the *Remove Vundo* button.
    • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click *YES*
    • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
    • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click *OK*.
    • Please post the contents of C:\*vundofix.txt* and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the *Scan for Vundo* button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

    ******************

Please, post vundofix log and a fresh hijackthis log (scanner.exe) :)
