Upgrade Advice?

Okay folks, I've got this 939 board sitting around here with an opty 146 in it. I've decided that it's time for this little lady to go dual core, so my options are the opty 165/70.....which should i get. I had a 65 about a year ago I overclocked to 2.6 with stock HSF. How does this compare to the OCability of the 70? The 80's seem a bit expensive for me right now.

No one has an opinion...I find that hard to believe.

I just6 now saw your thread. From all I've read on this lately (which is a little bit but not a whole lot) the Opty 165's are clocking as good as the 170's. Which you go for should hinge on how well your mobo can deal with high HTT speeds. I bought an Opty 165 around January or February and it was an seay overclock to 2700 (300 X 9), pretty much a drop in with just a slight boost in vcore.

The 170 looks like the best deal.
OC???? I wonder what vintage chip you would get? My hunch is that all of them will do 2.6 by this point in the life cycle.
You could go X4200, gain some speed, give up some cache, same price.
