windows [vista|xp] multiple desktops

one of my favorite linux/mac features is the ability to have multiple desktops, accessable via some hotkey combination.

Anyone know of something similar for vista/xp?

Does this exist for vista? I've found several non-microsoft programs that I'll probably give a try if not.
