vista aero and basic color schemes

everytime i run fireworks, my windows vista color scheme changes from aero to basic and back when i close fireworks! does this happen because of my insufficient SYSTEM RAM? (1GB DDR2) or VIDEO RAM? (128MB Dedicated + 128MB Shared from SYSTEM RAM) or is it due to fireworks color scheme?

anyone using Vista with fireworks or photoshop?

    If fireworks has its own theme, that'll probably do it. Photoshop doesn't exhibit these symptoms, though.
