Okay, long story short, I got a Trojan Dropper, and it's plonked itself in System restore. When I try to access C:/System Volume Information it tells me to sod off with an access denied message. I can't quarantine, disinfect or delete it and I can' get into the file manually. Any help? :) Thank guys :P

PS. It's turned my internet speed to mush and I can't open a page first time, I have to keep retrying and WoW keeps disconnecting.

You can't delete items in the System Restore, rather you have to flush them.

    Assuming you have XP:
    • Click Start | Help and Support | Undo changes to your computer with System Restore.
    • Click Create A Restore Point then click Next. Give it a name it and then click Create, then Close.
    • Close the Help and Support Center box.
    • Click Start | Run and type Cleanmgr
    • Select (C: ) then click OK.
    • Click the More Options tab.
    • Click Clean Up in the System Restore Section.
This will remove all previous restore points except the newly created one.
