As you might know, the ESA decided last year that this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3, had become a media/civilian circus. Vendors spent more money on E3 than some of their games, which left them weighing the value of their investment. As a response to the outcry from developers, the ESA decided to strongly reduce the size and scope of this year's E3.
So, now that everyone's favorite gaming expo has been kneecapped, the question remains: Does this year's expo suck? Shacknews has some fantastic on-the-scene coverage this year, so head over there and decide for yourself.
