Strange messages from ZoneAlarm... Is someone trying to hack me?

I've got some strange messages from ZoneAlarm (yes, it works with Vista now!). I don't understand much of what the ZA infopage is trying to say, so maybe you could help?

Here is what the ZoneAlarm Smart Defense Advisor had to say:
<table summary="" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td><table summary="" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td class="headred1" rowspan="3" nowrap="nowrap">What happened?</td> <td width="100%">spacer.gif</td></tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#cccccc" width="100%">spacer.gif</td></tr> <tr> <td width="100%">spacer.gif</td></tr></tbody></table></td> <td colspan="2" valign="bottom" width="16">corner_right_up_tall.gif</td></tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#cccccc" width="1">

The packet was either mistakenly or intentionally routed through your computer. The data packet was sent from port 49153 on a computer whose IP address is 192.168.0.37.<noscript></noscript><style type="text/css"> <!-- .adsubhead {font-size: 16px;} --> </style><table summary="" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td style="padding-left: 10px;" align="right" valign="top"><table summary="" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td><table summary="" align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="90%"><tbody><tr><td><table summary="" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td><table summary=""><tbody><tr><td>

Please refer to the help files to accomplish this task. You may also want to consider lowering the security to medium and see if the alerts go away. The SmartDefense Advisor has determined your Trusted Zone security level to be High and your Internet Security Level to be High.
</td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table>
Note that the packet port it was sent from varied between the various warnings.

So, what is this? What should I do about it? Is someone trying to hack me?

Advice/Help appreciated.

    192.168.0.37 is a computer on your network.

    Hmm ok thanks... but no other computer than mine (this one) that is on the home LAN has been turned on during the latest days... :S

    Could it have to do with the router?

    More than likely: It's a one-time, fluke, routing error, either from some other device on the network (like a Printer or VoIP widget) or even from your own system.

    If it never happens again, I wouldn't worry about it. If it starts to happen frequently, then something might be wrong, and at that time, we can help you diagnose the issue.

    Either way, it has nothing to do with hackers, so you can rest easy about that. :)
