? regarding TunePlus 2.0...

edited July 2007 in Science & Tech
I recently purchased TunePlus 2.0 to move my music from my ipod to me hard drive on my new computer.

I installed the program.

The program runs the user through basic instructions... "plug your ipod in, start itunes, etc..."

It then reads the ipod hard drive and finds the songs. It then gives an error message that states, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
After clicking "OK" it then says "mhyp, 22751."

It was unable to read the ipod and export the files to the hard drive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I don't really know how to fix your immediate program, but there are a lot of free programs that allow you to import/export iTunes libraries from an iPod on a new computer.

Floola is one of the best. Try it out.

I tried the Floola application and a similar error occurred...

I simply cannot transfer my songs from my ipod to my computer hard drive.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

itunes does not allow you to export your music on your ipod to your hard drive.
