Ultimate Fixer Problem

Hello, I seem to have been infected by Ultimate Fixer. It keeps popping up with false security breaches. I also cant open any anti-spyware programs such as adaware or hijackthis. Any help would be greatly appreciated this has begun to annoy me to mind-blowing levels.

    If you are still have trouble...........

    Please do the following...

    Please click on Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the following programs(if present):

    Ultimate Fixer

    1. Download combofix from one of these links:
    Link1
    Link2
    2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

    Note:
    Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
