HELP! Cant remove spyware. hijack log included

I'm a total computer retard, but I was told this was a good site to get help from. I'm pretty sure I have at least one, but probably more viruses on my computer. I used the free Google Spyware Doctor program to run a scan, and several problems showed up, and I told the program to delete them. It said the problems were all deleted, but the next time i did a scan, the exact same problems showed up, plus more. I tried to use other anti spy ware programs but most didn't even find a problem. I then tried a free trial version of Norton, but it wouldn't install properly. Someone please help! I'll be eternally grateful.

Hi Susi Krulewich, and welcome to Icrontic!

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
• Click the Scan for Vundo button.
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
• Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.
