help with open/save/cancel prompt

hey. i accidently unchecked the check mark next to a "always ask before opening this type of file" and was wondering how to re-check that box so that i can choose wat to do.

    Tools -> options -> content -> manage.

    Go to the Security tab; click the Custom button; Scroll down the long list of options to Downloads. Check "Automatic prompting for file downloads."

    I don't use Internet Explorer so it took me a while to find it.
