There's an awful lot of "fishy" with that link.... For example the XP session inside the Vista remote window.... why?
Secondly, I think one of the commenters hit it on the head: So a PC on the inside of Halliburton's network has a virus.

I should add that I took the entire article with a pinch of salt - the comments cast serious doubts on the article - never the less i thought you might find it interesting as I kinda did (all be it for only a short while!)

From my interpretation up north here that down south - they are allowed to do this kind of thing - without having to inform anyone about it!???
