OCZ Titanium 1T 2GB DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) still good RAM?

Hello all, I was just looking at getting some extra RAM for today's most demanding applications. Anyhow, I already have 2 GB of this same exact RAM loaded into my PC (back when I paid nearly 300 for it) and was wondering if this was still viable memory, even on the brink of such games as Crysis (I am a heavy gamer). Why oh why does Vista have to be such a resource hog? :(
