E-mail Problems

I need help fast. I can't connect to any e-mail on my computer. Can someone pleaseeee help me. :sad2:

    Well, I receive messages such as "Unable to connect." for webmail and "ERR AVG POP3..." for other.

    Who provides your email?
    How is your email address configured?
    What program do you use?
    When did it start occurring?

    hughes.net, gmail, netscape, etc...

    Windows Mail, Firefox, IE7

    This basically started occurring when the AVG e-mail scanner was in use.

    And if you uninstall the email scanner, what happens?

    I reinstalled it without the scanner and the same thing happens.....I am about ready to....
