Video Active X Virus

I need some serious help, I tried about everything and don't know what to do, It started when I downloaded video active x and then it took me to this anti-virus site claiming I have all these viruses, I went into my program files and deleted the Video active x folder and I followed the instructions of running Smitfraud Fix, I got my HJT log and amended the bad ones, I even download AVG Anti-Spyware It came up with 132 viruses which I fixed and after all that when I launch Internet explorer I get loads of pop ups non-stop, everytime I open a new page more pop ups, I decided to try Mozilla Fire fox but same thing, below is a recent copy of my HJT Log. Can someone help please, I can't surf the net cause pop ups keep popping up all the time. All my pop up blockers are on but does not seem to help. Thanking you in advance.

    Hi!

Looking over your log, it seems you don't have any evidence of a third party firewall.

As the term conveys, a firewall is an extra layer of security installed onto computers, which restricts access to systems from the outside world. Firewalls protect against hackers and malicious intruders. I want you to download a free firewall NOW from one of these excellent vendors:

    1) ZoneAlarm
    2) Agnitum
    3) Sunbelt/Kerio
    4) Comodo

If you are using the built-in Windows XP firewall, it is not recommended as it does not block outgoing connections. This means that any malware on your computer is free to "phone home" for more instructions. Simply put, Windows XP contains a mediocre firewall. This firewall is NO replacement for a dedicated software solution. Remember to use only one firewall at the same time.

Please download Combofix to your desktop.
Doubleclick combo.exe to launch the application.
Follow the prompts that will be displayed on the screen.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.
When finished, it should produce a log, combofix.txt.
Post this log in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog.
